Make A Statement

Bomber jackets are back, and they are in! It's an old-school style that has made a huge comeback in the last little while. Everyone from celebrities to fashion bloggers and all the people in between owns one. My daddy even owns one. Granted, his is actually vintage and probably one of the first ones ever made, but you get my point. The best thing about bomber jackets is that they come in a wide range of patterns and colors. You can get a plain, solid one or step outside of your comfort zone and get one with a wild pattern. They are super light and perfect for the mild Winter we are having in the South right now, and they will be a great transition item for Spring. 

I opted for a more artistic choice in jacket and went for a printed bomber because I wanted to wear it as a statement piece. Because my jacket is printed, I decided to pair in on top of a plain outfit. I went with all black, simple and always in style. I also decided to keep it small and simple with my jewelry and other accessories, so my jacket would be the focal point of my outfit. So, I just wore the few pieces that I wear everyday like my wedding bands and my small aries necklace. I also decided to wear my ADIDAS Superstars because they are the most versatile sneaker out there and go with everything. Here's a tip for you; if you're in the market for those shoes and have small feet, buy the kids size. It's the exact same shoe for cheaper. I ordered a little boy's shoe and saved some money. Bomber jackets prices range from super affordable to super ridiculous, so there is one out there for everybody. I found mine at Forever 21. Not only are they affordable; they have tons of choices too! The best part is that Spring is right around the corner, so most of the jackets are on sale, so go check it out.
